Clermont County Recorder's public web site,
www.landaccess.com, includes data from today's
date back through 1993. These records include
deeds, mortgages, liens, releases and other
documents related to real property. All recorded
subdivision plats and partnerships are online
back to the 1800's.
Certain
GEOGRAPHICAL inforation in this
system (subdivision, condominium, lot numbers
and unit numbers) is courtesy information only
and should not be used as primary title search
criteria. Our starting day for the geographical
information is 06/01/1998. A
grantor/grantee
search will yield the best results.
Military discharges, known as DD214's, are no
longer available online. Legislation passed in
2008 prohibits making these documents accessible
to the general public. Discharge records back to
the 1860's are available in the office by request
only. A discharge is a protected record and may
not be released to the general public for a period
of 75 years from the date of recording. The
veteran and certain other authorized parties may
receive complete copies of these documents upon
request. All other parties will receive redacted
copies only disclosing the following information:
subjet's name, rank, date of birth, date of
discharge and type of discharge.
