Thank you for visiting the Mahoning Recorder's Office Web site.

The Mahoning County Recorder's Office is the official land records office for all real estate located in Mahoning County. Our records contain fascinating historic facts and details. Documents in the Mahoning County Recorder's Office date back to the early 1800's and are available for viewing on site as well as on the web. You can search records on line with electronic indexes and images beginning in January 1985 to present. Plat images are also available on line since 9-26-96. All records prior to 1985 and all plats prior to plat imaging can be viewed during regular office hours (Monday-Friday 8 A.M. -4:30 P.M.) in the Mahoning County Recorder's Office. Records are located in the Mahoning County Court House at 120 Market Street in Youngstown, Ohio
