   Currently our database of .indexed. records available for search on this website go back to January 1, 1985. Our current image volume that is availa\ ble via computerized search goes back to March 18, 1993. Our goal is to have all documents that are filed for record in the County Clerk.s Office pu\ t into our computerized system. Remember, anything you need to search prior to 1985 will have to be searched in our index record books located in ou\ r office.
   To document my background, I have twenty years of professional experience in County Government. The past twelve years, I have served as your elected\ County Clerk. Prior to that, I worked as a deputy clerk for this office. My husband Allen and I reside in Shawnee, Oklahoma and are active members\ of St. Paul.s United Methodist Church. I participate in the Oklahoma County Clerk.s Association, serving this past year as President, CODA (County \ Officers & Deputies Association of Oklahoma) and am involved in several other groups and organizations that strengthen my abilities to help improve C\ ounty Government.

   MILITARY DISCHARGES

  Per Oklahoma Statute 19 & 270, Military Discharges (DD-214 Forms) are no linger available for public inspection. The county Clerks Office will access these documents for authorized individuals.
