Welcome to the Pottawatomie County Clerk's Office on-line search program. Our office is the official land recording office for real estate located in Pottawatomie County Oklahoma.
   This web site allows the public and business community to conveniently access our recording information over the internet. This is a step the previous County Clerk had initiated to enhance your ability to utilize the public records available in our office.
   Currently our database of "indexed" records available for search on this website go back to January 1, 1985. Our current image volume that is available via computerized search goes back to March 18, 1993. Our goal is to have all documents that are filed for record in the County Clerk's Office put into our computerized system. Remember, anything you need to search prior to 1985 will have to be searched in our index record books located in our office.
   To document my background, I have fifteen years of professional experience in county government. I have three and a half years with the Oklahoma County Clerk's office as a land records supervisor and twelve years with the Pottawatomie County Clerk's office. I finished the former County Clerks last four months and began my term on January 1, 2013.

   MILITARY DISCHARGES

  Per Oklahoma Statute 19 & 270, Military Discharges (DD-214 Forms) are no longer available for public inspection. The county Clerks Office will access these documents for authorized individuals.
